Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed the holiday season. 

 

I discovered something that I thought I should share with you dog owners. 

 

If your dog is anything like my dog, Holly, they bark at anything that moves outside. 

 

So, while Holly was barking at a pedestrian yesterday, I said to myself, "Hey, what if I told my Amazon Echo to bark like a dog?" And she did. 

 

Do you know what happened? Holly stopped barking almost immediately and left the room. It was a beautiful thing and hilarious too. She looked so confused as she walked away. 😂

 

Enough about dogs. I wanted to kick off the new year with one of my most popular blog posts of 2020. It's entitled Breath Control: How to Blow Bubbles for Beginner Swimmers.

 

This video included in the blog post offers excellent tips to teach children how to blow bubbles with their noses. These tips are appropriate for children of 3-years plus.
