PARENTS, HELP YOUR KIDS MASTER THEIR PADDLING SKILLS!
Teach your child how to paddle. When done correctly and with enough practice, this dryland drill is going to help your child understand and feel the movement pattern for paddling.
And then when your kiddo duplicates this same action in the pool, he's going to discover how effectively it pulls him through the water when executed correctly.
Don't encourage paddling in the pool with kicking unless your child has a propulsive kick. Watch the video to find out exactly what's required and how to do it.
