I have a favorite new toy. It's the Amazon Echo. The future is here. One of my favorite pastimes is telling Alexa (the Amazon Echo) to put specific items on my shopping list to which she replies with a confirmation. So, here's where it gets fun for me. I am such a child.
First of all, she refuses to use profanity. If I try to make her swear, she'll bleep herself. But if I say, "Alexa, put freakin' coffee on my shopping list."
She'll reply with a serious and slightly human but robotic tone, "I put freakin' coffee on your shopping list." It
just kills me.
I have no affiliation with it. I just wanted to share what gives me joy. Here's something else that makes me happy.
